EDC Creations is now
offering specials for our Summer book tours. Please take a moment and check out
the packages below. We have something for all authors! If you need a
special package with more exposure, please check out our Flat-rate

book tour ends September 30, 2010.
EDC Creations Literary
Trunk Show Displays
During our Summer tour, we pass out the printed version of Black Pearls to our
fans and the event attendees. The printed version is mailed out with all of our
BAN Radio Show giveaways, contest shipments and displayed on all conference
booths. We order 200-1,000 copies per month
printed for each stop on the Summer Tour, depending on the size of the scheduled
events.
Each month we mail books for preview to 13
independent bookstores from our Facebook or Indie.org listings. Your book will
be sent to the best source for your genre or overall message to the readers.
During our travels the printed version of Black Pearls Magazine is our most
popular way to introduce new readers to your work!

Your package of $85.00 or more will be included in the Literary Trunk Show for
60 days. The $65.00 ad is not included in the trunk shows.

Literary Trunk Shows
This special also
includes a spot in the EDC Creations literary trunk shows. Ella Curry will
travel across the country introducing new books to bookclubs and readers at private meet and greet
mixers. The goal is to let readers know the inside scoop on each book, let
the readers preview the book and to help them make educated decisions in future
book purchases. We want to readers to go tell their network about the books, so
that the authors gain more recognition. Authors, will be emailed the address to submit 3-5 autographed copies
of the books. The books will be used as contest prizes, bookclub giveaways and travel with Ella on display.

event-goers, bookstore owners, and our fans. We order 200-1,000 copies per month

events. Ella
Curry, president of EDC Creations travel to at least 20-30 events each year.
During her speaking engagements or bookclub meetings, she showcases the client's
books, videos and promotional material. In 2010, she has 8 special
occasions planned to meet readers on an intimate level. Your book is part
of this trunk show. Ella will display the books at the Essence Music
Festival (private party), National Bookclub
Conference, Congressional Black Caucus Author's Pavilion, 2 Capital Book
Festivals, Baltimore Book Festival, the Black Family Reunion and at her private
bookclub meetings. Books can be purchased from Ella's online bookstores at

The readers are provided
refreshments, live entertainment, video book previews, gift bags with promotional material and
books for review. Ella delivers a speech to each group on the importance of
first week book sales, posting book reviews online and about NOT sharing
books. Each group is asked to go tell 10 people about the books they
enjoyed!

The EDC Creations Newsletter database is now home to 133, 000 opt-in subscribers.
This is a combined list of my 3 companies, 4 social
networks, and my avid online radio fans. We now have an relationship with
60+ book clubs and
readers' groups that love our book release news! To increase exposure for your book or
business, while coming on BAN radio, we offer eblast services to authors,

Virtual Book Release Party with eblast announcement
A Virtual Book Release party consists of EDC Creations arranging for
book
clubs and readers to join the author in the Black Authors Network chat room.
We will have a ball discussing the book and the "behind the scene"
information into the creation of the book. Here is a copy of our backroom stats
for the BAN Radio show as of Jan. 20, 2009.
An Evening with Ella... :
The
author will be interviewed, on the air of BAN Radio Show, with Ella
Curry for 1-hour. The author will
perform a live reading from the book too. The author invites their entire
network to join in the party. Reviewers or people who have read the book, will
call into the show to add support or to discuss the book. The author chats in
the chat room during the interview, answering questions there as well.
Listen to one of our parties with a new
author Monique Mensah that has 1,377 downloads at May 13, 2010 and climbing.

The author's books are sold directly from the chatroom, during the party.

including iTunes! To date we have sold over 970 books at our virtual
release parties and online events, from the
EDC Creations bookstore
(stats as of Jan. 5, 2010). There is no way for us to know
how many books sold from other locations, but we can let you know how many books
we sell in our online store.
